TRUMPF lasers

Currently at 247TailorSteel, there are 39 TRUMPF flatbed lasers of the TruLaser 5030 series in use. The machines cut with two different techniques: fiber and CO2. These 2D laser cutting machines will convince you with their high processing speed and reproducible, high quality – even with complex contours. The TRUMPF flatbed laser is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to quickly and accurately laser cut sheet metal. The machine has a repository and is automatically loaded and unloaded by the LiftMaser.   

Thanks to the CoolLine function, subtle contours in thick sheet material can also be achieved very well. As a result, thick structural steel, and certainly also thin stainless steel, can even be cut filigree-style. Very detailed and intricate. The BrightLine cutting process ensures smooth-as-glass cutting edges. This saves considerably time in post-processing
